1. Scope of Services

We help you plan and coordinate festival trip arrangements. Depending on your selected option, services may include itinerary planning, booking coordination, and related travel arrangements.

If we market ourselves as a tour operator in Ukraine and offer package tour/travel services to consumers, the customer-facing information and contractual references below apply.

2. Availability, Booking, and Confirmations

All trips and availability are subject to supplier confirmation (venues, transport providers, accommodation providers, and other service providers). We do not guarantee availability until we confirm your booking in accordance with the selected purchase flow.

We may refuse or cancel bookings if required by law, if information provided by you is incorrect, or if payment or booking requirements cannot be satisfied.

3. Payment, Taxes, and Fees

Payment is due according to the checkout or booking terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude any optional add-ons you may choose during booking.

If you are required to pay any additional amounts due to supplier changes (e.g., currency or tariff adjustments), we will inform you where applicable before charges are made.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and refund rights, if any, depend on the package/trip type and the terms provided for your specific selection. Some suppliers impose non-refundable charges.

We may adjust the schedule, routes, venue, or services when necessary due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.

5. Tour Operator / Package Tour Information (Ukraine)

If you purchase package tours/travel services as a consumer in Ukraine through us as a tour operator, we provide consumer-facing legal/contractual information required by Ukrainian law. We cite the following legal acts exactly: Закону України “Про туризм”, Закону України “Про туризм” статті 19-1, and Закону України “Про туризм” статті 20.

Operating as a tour operator is a regulated activity requiring licensing and related compliance, and tour operator activity is subject to Закон України “Про туризм”, туроператорська діяльність (licensed tour operator activities). Where applicable, your booking information will reflect our regulated status.

6. Distance Contracts (Withdrawal and Consumer Rights)

If your trip arrangement is concluded as a distance contract, you may have consumer rights including withdrawal procedures and dispute handling consistent with Ukrainian consumer protection rules. We cite the following legal acts exactly: Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів”, and Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів” (дистанційний договір).

7. Personal Data

If you submit lead/contact information to us (for example, your name, email, or other personal data), we process personal data in compliance with Ukrainian law. We cite the following legal act exactly: Закон України “Про захист персональних даних” №2297-VI.

We process data for the purpose of handling inquiries and providing services you request. Where required by law, we obtain appropriate consent and ensure you are informed about the essential aspects of processing.

8. Information Language Requirement (Ukraine)

For materials addressed to Ukrainian consumers, we provide truthful and publicly available information in the official language. We cite the following legal act exactly: Закон України “Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної” (у частині вимог до інформації про товари/послуги).

Where a translation exists, the official-language version (if provided on the site) prevails for compliance purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.

We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party service providers. In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the applicable service, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require a different forum.
