Age eligibility

You must be eligible for participation based on the applicable minimum age for the activity you choose. By registering, you confirm that the participant meets the stated age requirements.

If the participant is a minor, the minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in accordance with the venue or activity rules.

Venue rules and staff instructions

All participants must comply with venue rules, safety instructions, and directions provided by our staff and authorized personnel on-site. We may refuse or stop participation if we reasonably believe the participant’s conduct or condition creates an immediate safety risk to the participant or others.

Inherent risks

Participation in travel, tours, and/or activities involves inherent risks, including risks related to movement, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, and other environmental factors. Weather and venue constraints may affect routing, timing, and the schedule. Where necessary, we may adjust the program to maintain safety and comply with venue requirements.

You are responsible for assessing whether the activity is suitable for you based on your health, abilities, and safety considerations, and for informing us of any relevant limitations in advance when applicable.

Schedule changes

The schedule may change due to weather, operational conditions, or venue limitations. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible on-site or through the contact details provided during registration.

Legal notes (Ukraine)

If you are offered tour services as a tour operator in Ukraine, the website should include required consumer-facing legal information and references to:

  • Закон України “Про туризм”, туроператорська діяльність (licensed tour operator activities)

For distance contracts, consumer rights and withdrawal/dispute-handling information should be provided consistently with:

  • Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів”, Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів” (дистанційний договір)

If personal data are collected (for example, leads, names, email addresses, or minors’ information), processing must follow:

  • Закон України “Про захист персональних даних” №2297-VI

Information intended for Ukrainian consumers must be truthful and provided in Ukrainian in accordance with:

  • Закон України “Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної”
