1. Who we are

logicnodets.com (PE) acts as a controller of personal data in Ukraine. Our contact details are provided in Section 10.

If you browse the website without submitting any forms, we process only data necessary for website operation (e.g., technical logs) as described where applicable.

2. What personal data we collect

When you submit the redirect-only contact/lead form to request a trip, we may collect:

• name and contact details (e.g., email, phone);
• information you include in your message (trip requirements, preferred dates, and similar details);
• any other personal data you choose to provide in the message.

We do not require you to provide data that is not necessary for handling your request.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

• respond to your trip request and communicate with you;
• arrange a tour/travel-related service (where applicable) and coordinate practical details;
• process inquiries and handle complaints/disputes where required for consumer protection;
• comply with legal obligations.

If you are a consumer and your agreement is formed as a distance contract, we support your consumer rights including withdrawal procedures and provide complaint/dispute-handling information consistent with the requirements of Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів”, Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів” (дистанційний договір).

4. Lawful bases (UA)

We process personal data in accordance with Закон України “Про захист персональних даних” №2297-VI, including where applicable:

• to take steps at your request before entering into a relationship/contract;
• to perform an agreement or to respond to requests connected to your trip;
• for compliance with legal obligations.

Where the legal requirements apply to tour/travel services offered as a tour operator, we provide consumer-facing legal/contractual information and ensure regulated compliance, citing Закону України “Про туризм”, Закону України “Про туризм” статті 19-1, Закону України “Про туризм” статті 20 and Закон України “Про туризм”, туроператорська діяльність (licensed tour operator activities).

5. Withdrawing consent and user choices

If you provided personal data based on consent (where required), you may withdraw it. Withdrawal will not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. We may still process some data to comply with legal obligations.

Ukrainian-language transparency: where we provide information about goods or services to consumers in Ukraine, we do so in compliance with Закон України “Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної”.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to your request, managing service delivery (if applicable), and complying with applicable legal retention periods.

7. Sharing and transfers

We may share personal data with parties that help us operate and fulfill requests (for example, service providers involved in arranging travel), only to the extent necessary for the purposes above and in compliance with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal data.

8. Your rights

Depending on the legal basis, you may have rights under Закон України “Про захист персональних даних” №2297-VI, including access to your personal data, request correction or deletion, and object to certain processing. If your contract is a distance contract, consumer complaint/dispute and withdrawal procedures are handled consistent with Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів” (дистанційний договір).

9. Contact form and redirect-only submissions

Our contact/lead form is redirect-only: when you submit the form using the submit button, the submission redirects to the site’s thank-you page. We do not use optional validation or a custom success flow. The endpoint and redirect behavior are controlled by the site owner.
